Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All sales of MoneyAlert paid subscriptions are final. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued. We encourage you to take full advantage of our free plan to evaluate the service before upgrading to a paid subscription.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered solely at our discretion under the following exceptional circumstances: (a) You were charged incorrectly or experienced a verified billing error; (b) You were charged after successfully canceling your subscription before the renewal date. Outside of these cases, all payments are non-refundable.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings page or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period.

4. Plan Changes

If you downgrade your subscription plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No partial refunds or credits are issued for the remaining time on a higher-tier plan. If you upgrade your plan, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company, we strongly encourage you to contact us first at support@moneyalert.app. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in your account being permanently suspended.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. The updated policy will apply to purchases made after the effective date of the change.
